- How do I join?
Open your account, enter your email, and we send you a link. That is the whole sign-up — there is no password to set.
You do not need to have ordered yet. And if you have, your points are already on the account waiting for you, counted against the address you checked out with.
- What exactly earns points?
What you spend on product, after any discounts are applied. Shipping and tax do not earn points.
So a $60 order of gummies earns 60 points.
- What can I redeem for?
250 points gets you $24.99 off — the price of a bottle of Creatine or Sleep. The code works against any formula in the range, so you can put it toward Pre-Workout or NAD+ and pay the difference.
Codes are single use and are emailed to you when you redeem.
- Do my points expire?
No. They sit on your balance until you use them.
- What happens if I return something?
The points that order earned come back off your balance. If you had already spent them, your balance simply stays at zero rather than going negative.
- Is there a status level?
Yes. Status comes from the points you earn in a rolling twelve months, so it reflects the year you have just had — and spending your points never costs you status.
Bronze starts at 250 points and earns 5% bonus points on every order. Silver at 600 earns 10% and free shipping on everything. Gold at 1,200 earns 15%, free shipping, and early access to new formulas.
At a point per dollar, those thresholds are simply what you have spent with us over the year.
