These Terms of Service govern your use of getrivanutrition.com and any purchase you make from Riva Nutrition LLC ("Riva", "we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to these terms.

Our products

Riva sells dietary supplements. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and these statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration.

Supplement Facts, ingredients and warnings are printed on every bottle and shown on each product page. Please read them before use. Consult a physician before taking any supplement if you are pregnant, may become pregnant, are breastfeeding, are under 18, are taking prescription medication, or are managing a medical condition.

Orders and pricing

All prices are listed in US dollars. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, limit order quantities, and refuse or cancel any order. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we will refund it in full.

Shipping

Orders are packed and shipped from our facility in Elmwood Park, New Jersey, usually within one business day. Domestic delivery typically takes 3–5 business days once the order leaves us. Shipping is free on orders over $40. Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Returns and refunds

Due to the consumable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items for safety, hygiene and quality assurance reasons.

We may accept returns of unopened products within 14 days of delivery if all of the following are met:

  • The product remains unused, unopened and sealed in its original packaging
  • The item was purchased directly from getrivanutrition.com
  • Valid proof of purchase is provided

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective or incorrect. Full details are in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Subscriptions

If you purchase a subscription, it renews automatically at the interval you selected until you cancel. You may cancel at any time before the next renewal is processed. Subscription orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be canceled or refunded.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for any activity that occurs under your account.

Intellectual property

All content on this site, including the Riva name, logo, product photography and copy, is owned by Riva Nutrition LLC and may not be used without written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Riva Nutrition LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page at the time of your order is the version that applies.
